Fugleberg Koch is excited to announce that with our team and Developer, the Housing Trust Group, we achieved a major milestone by becoming the first workforce housing development in the City of Palm Coast’s Innovation District.

The first new development in the urban core of Town Center earning $440,000 in utility impact fee credits and that will help stimulate the local economy by providing housing, the Palms at Town Center is a non-age restricted community consisting of three residential buildings at three stories high with 88 units. The property, situated on 9.12 acres with amenities that include a clubhouse, pool, dog park, volleyball court and nature path is a downtown community that will provide apartment needs to individuals like teachers, service workers, police, firefighters and many others.

The groundbreaking event, held on May 22, 2019 with Palm Coast Mayor Milissa Holland, and the finance and development team, signals opportunity for future growth in Palm Coast’s urban hub Innovation District. The target for completion is set for the first quarter of 2020.
