James Kelley, Managing Principal and Owner of Fugleberg Koch, specializes in timeshare, hospitality, mid and high rise residential projects. He is responsible for the planning and conceptual design of facilities as well as managing a portfolio of projects. He is actively involved at all phases of the project with the team and consultants to provide responsible continuity. As a Manager Partner, he is actively involved in marketing the services of the firm and represents the company in business, community and professional activities.

Ken Linehan, Managing Principal and Owner of Fugleberg Koch, specializes in all forms and intensities of multifamily and mixed use developments. His residential experience for many regional and national corporate clients includes: market rate rentals, student housing, senior housing, affordable housing, condominiums and resort residential. Ken’s background also includes challenging assignments, such as historic preservation of hotels in Miami Beach, design and permitting of modular multi-family structures and approvals for urban infill developments in transitional neighborhoods and special overlay districts.

Michael Gove, AIA, LEED AP, BD+C, HOMES is a Managing Principal and Owner of Fugleberg Koch. As a Licensed Architect, his talent and experience involve him in the development of the firm’s Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Hospitality and Resort Portfolio. In his role as Director of Operations, he oversees the quality control efforts of the firm by establishing standard practices, managing staff scheduling along with global support staff, and reviewing individual project performance.

Kimberly Fess, Managing Principal and Director of Sales and Marketing. Kimberly’s responsibilities include collaborating closely with project designers and the production team, project and unit development, reviewing progress documents, researching code, compliance and integration into each project. Kimberly’s strong skills include building relationships with clients, communicating with consultants and contractors, and working with her team through all phases of a project to ensure continuity.
